And we’re back
I survived the test! I found out it’s called an Upper GI Flouroscopy. They had me drink Barium (not as pleasant as one might think) and then they took pictures of my guts. It was really cool. They had like an X-ray video camera and when he found something of interest he took a still shot. Really cool. I didn’t get to see it because it was kinda turned away from me, but from what I caught, I was impressed.
I asked if he saw anything weird, and he said not really, but part of my duodenum looked a little odd. (Mental note - figure out what a duodenum is) He took some pictures of that… no biggy. So now I wait a couple days for my doctor’s office to get back with me about what’s going on and how they want to proceed from here.
Afterwards I went out for McDonald’s breakfast. My mom always took me for McDonalds or something fun if I was good at the doctor’s office. And I was good
BTW, No Super Powers. X-rays suck. I need me some Gamma Rays. Those are potent!

When I was a kid they gave me strawberry flavored barium, I wouldn’t drink a strawberry shake for at least ten years after that. NOT Tasty.

You don’t get superpowers from the gadolinium they use from MRI’s either
