Our Toshiba eStudio 3510 has systematically ruined my day.
Dear estudio 3510,
I freaking hate you. Stop sucking! Why can’t you work like your exact twin downstairs? There is no difference between the two of you except that it works and you screw up everything.
Just when we think we have you working and happy, you find a new way to screw everything up. I don’t have time to deal with you, and looking at you just makes me angry.

I remember the first few weeks we had these new printers and every time someone printed something it jammed. I was the lucky troubleshooter (actually still am) for that! ….I still have my hair (though there were days I thought I’d be bald for sure!) This too shall pass. You’re doin’ an awesome job and we appreciate it….

Thanks for all your troubleshooting efforts - you really do rock, even if the Toshiba makes you doubt that!
…moments like this though make you want to pull an “Office Space” and find an empty field somewhere…although I think “Office Admin(the guy downstairs)” wouldn’t be so thrilled with that.

First of all, your letter cracked me up. I dislike all printers…its just because they never work for me :).
Secondly, I hope you don’t have twins….and one has disciplinary problems. That would be bad…lol. jk

Hi, interesting post! I work as a part-time employee at a store that dealing in multi function printers. We receive many orders for multi function printers especially the ones with the fax machine compatibility.
