Kyle - I have worked with lots and lots of IT people over 20+ years at AT&T - while you always flawlessly fixed my pc challenges, that's really not the point. The point is that you just get it! You get customer service and all the relational stuff that is too tough to teach! I'll be watching for the post and news about the baby!
